The Forum Club of the Palm Beaches is Florida’s largest nonpartisan political and public affairs organization. Since 1976 when President Jimmy Carter served as its inaugural speaker, the Forum Club has hosted a variety of national and international leaders whose words and actions affect the world in which we live. Past speakers include Presidents of the United States, U.S. Supreme Court justices, four-star generals and admirals, U.S. Senators and Representatives, national business leaders, ambassadors and foreign dignitaries, media representatives, and presidential historians, among others.

What began as a 200-member organization that met at Christopher’s Restaurant and the old Helen Wilkes Hotel, both in West Palm Beach, the Forum Club is now capped at 800 members with a waiting list. As a nonprofit organization, the Forum Club’s purpose is to inform and educate the community’s social, business and political interest and to promote a more active participation by all citizens in the democratic process.
